Papers are invited for the 86 th World Conference to be held in Hong Kong, 18 – 21 November 2008.
The guiding theme of the conference will focus on updated information of research and development activities in the fashion and textile industry.
Areas to be highlighted include the following.
- Fibre and Polymer Materials
- Fashion and Textile Design
- Processing Technology
- Clothing Science and Technology
- Innovative Textiles
- Marketing and Retailing
- Trading and Compliance
- Management and Education
Papers on other topics in related areas will also be considered.
Submission of Abstracts
Titles for proposed papers, with a 200 word abstract, should be submitted no later than 13 May 2008 This date has been extended due to technical difficulties in submitting abstracts. Submissions received after this date will not be given primary consideration. Abstracts should be submitted electronically in MS word format and sent by email to the conference secretariat: tctiwc08@inet.polyu.edu.hk
